Zita-rev1 is a reworked version of the reverb originally developed for Aeolus. The Jack application can be used in either stereo or ambisonic mode.

És un plugin de propòsit general que està molt ben considerat (delay, reverb). L'utiilitza entre d'altres:

La instal.lació és fàcil, es necessiten les llibreries:

$ sudo apt-get install libclxclient-dev

i aleshores ja podem compilar, i queda instal.lat l'executable a la carpeta sources/:

$ ./zita-rev1 -B

El truco perquè funcioni amb la cadena JACK és utilitzar l'opció -B (ambisonic mode), que no sé què significa, però si no s'utiltiza aquesta opció no sona. Jugant amb els controls es pot aconseguir una reverb suau o bé molt potent, tant per instruments (fludisynth) com per veu (system:capture).

És un plugin standalone (no és compatible amb LADSPA o LV2):

Well it is not an lv2 or ladspa plugin, but it was just one external application I had to take care of. Used it as the effect on one bus (via insert) and was very happy with it.
